We offer activated agarose (Sepharose) that has been activated by cyanogen bromide to react with primary amines.
We also offer activated peroxidase from horesradish (HRP). This peroxidase has been oxidized for conjugation to antibodies through the sodium cyanoborohydride method.

More Details
Provided in acidified 90% acetone 10% acetic acid
for stability.
Store at -20 C in small amounts
(no more than 5 mls in one freezer)
or store larger amounts in a spark-free freezer.
Rinse with 1 mM HCl in water before use.
Reacts with amines at pH 8-9.
Quickly loses activation if stored in neutral or
basic solutions.
